BUYING

1. We make every effort to source items with minimal signs of wear and to fully disclose any flaws, imperfections or damage in the listing description and corresponding photographs.

Please Note that: MOST ITEMS LISTED HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY LOVED ( unless stated otherwise; e.g new with tags, dead stock). Items described as “VINTAGE” ARE AT LEAST 20 YEARS OLD. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT PERFECTION.

2. Please read the BODY OF ITEM DESCRIPTION FULLY. All available information is included in the listing in the form of many professional photos, detailed description and standard measurements. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide additional/non standard measurements, or model any items.

3. Please MEASURE TWICE and BUY ONCE! All listed measurements are taken while garments are laying flat, buttoned/ zipped where applicable, and un-stretched.

2. Please ensure that your Shipping Address is correct.

3. Shipping upgrades MAY BE AVAILABLE at additional cost. Please inquire BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

4. Please be aware that shipping timeframes are ESTIMATES.

a. Once shipping label is scanned by the Post Office, all shipments are under full control of the carrier and are subject to deviations from listed delivery frame estimates. Such deviations may include; destination country customs processing, labour disputes, inclement weather conditions, natural disasters, etc. Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for delays resulting from such uncontrollable circumstances.

b. Tracking information is UPDATED BY THE CARRIER, NOT US.

Tracking updates are generated when shipments are scanned BY THE CARRIER at each stage of the delivery process. We are not in any way capable of obtaining additional tracking information while your parcel is in transit.

c. Please be aware that certain countries ( United Kingdom, Germany ) may have long customs processing timeframes. As such, shipping information will be updated only when your parcel clears customs and is turned over to your local shipping carrier.

5. Parcels are shipped using the most economical shipping method available, unless;

6. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible for ALL CUSTOMS FEES as assessed by their port of entry.

7. There are NO DUTY or ADDITIONAL TAXES for all CANADA BOUND PARCELS.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. We are are not able to offer returns at this time. All sales are final.

2. No refunds will be given for undeliverable parcels that are returned to us by the carrier. We are happy to ship them back at cost to the BUYER.

3. No refunds will be given for unauthorized returns.

4. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt so we can resolve your concern.
